Employer Relations Program
The goal of the Employer Relations Program is to increase the quantity, quality and variety of internship and full-time opportunities for our students. While we offer both on and off campus recruiting, we encourage employers to visit the campus to interact with students directly. In addition to the opportunities the Becker Career Center staff cultivates, the Career Center partners with other select liberal arts colleges to provide additional internships and full-time opportunities for our students.
Career Fair
Each year in February, the Becker Career Center conducts a career fair to facilitate connections between our students and employers from all industries. The Career Fair provides our students opportunities to secure internships and full-time jobs or just explore companies and careers.
Union Career Advisory Network
Union Alumni Network Networking is an important skill to use in one's job search. Union is fortunate to have alumni nationwide who have volunteered to serve as advisers to students and alumni. Students can access these alumni after speaking with a member of the Becker Career Center staff.
