238 first-year students on three floors plus basement floor
Format: Co-ed and single-gender floors

Singles, doubles and suites (two double bedrooms with adjoining common room)
Room dimensions: Bedrooms vary from 13' x 8' to 17’ x 13'

  • Extra-long twin bed, set of drawers, closet, desk and chair (one per resident)
  • Suite common room contains sofa, chairs and bookshelves
  • Telephone jack, basic cable (can upgrade) and Wi-Fi / Ethernet hook-up
  • Blinds on windows

Uniquely Davidson:

Davidson Hall, Fox Hall's architectural twin, is home to two fraternities with their own separate entrances and living spaces. Sigma Phi fraternity occupies an enclosed section of the south side of the building, while Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity resides in the north side.
