There are a number of on-campus services, resources and offices dedicated to ensuring you have what you need to feel successful and supported throughout your time at Union.
The Dean of Students Office at Union College is a good first stop, whether you are an incoming first-year student looking for information on your class schedule, an upperclass student who wants to get involved in new campus activities, or a parent searching for information on Union.
Advising is an engaging, interactive, ongoing relationship among faculty and students at Union. Central to the mission of the College, academic advising helps students to make informed choices that support their personal and career aspirations while maximizing the benefits of a liberal arts education.
Accommodative Services, located in Reamer Campus Center, is committed to providing students with disabilities equal opportunities to benefit from all campus services, programs and activities.
The Becker Career Center helps you secure internship and employment opportunities and assists with resume creation, job skill assessment and career counseling.
The Union College Bookstore, located in the Reamer Campus Center, provides the campus community with textbooks, supplies, snacks and Union gear.
The Campus Safety Department handles the safety and security of the campus community, including parking and emergency preparedness.
The Counseling Center provides free counseling and support services to students that would like to discuss any personal/psychological concerns with a professional counselor.
Finance (Bursar's Office)
The Finance Department manages the College's fiscal operations, including overseeing all student accounts and student loans.
This office offers a wealth of support for international students. Each international student is a valuable member of the community with specific, unique needs. This office helps you make the most out of the opportunities available at Union and in the U.S., whether you study her for one term or work to complete a full degree program.
Union College has always been a leader in the Fraternity and Sorority movement. Here, at the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, we strive to live that legacy by providing the highest quality co-curricular experience possible.
The Language Center, located in Schaffer Library, is designed to meet the needs of students and faculty in Modern Languages and Literatures, as well as serve many others in the Union community.
The Office of Multicultural Affairs develops and implements diversity leadership programs for the Union College community. The office works to enhance collaboration among campus organizations and provide program assistance for cultural events, LGBTQ programs, religious programs and other special events.
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life supports students in their quest to practice their faith or explore alternative faiths, belief systems and spiritual traditions in an open and caring environment.
The Office of Residential Life helps provide a living environment conducive to both personal development and growth and to learning outside the classroom.
The friendly staff in the Office of Student Activities is here to help students hone their leadership skills and implement new ideas for extracurricular activities on campus.
