Members of the New York State Office of Fire Prevention will conduct a fire extinguisher training as well as a simulated fire safety house where participants can experience what it would be like if you were in a real fire as well as members from the Schenectady Fire Department. 

The Schenectady County Sheriff's Department will be demonstrating the effects of alcohol when driving, allowing participants to wear vision altering goggles and riding on a golf cart. The New York State Police will be providing personal safety, information as well as other safety training. Both Campus Safety,  Environmental Health & Safety, UCEMS and our Title IX coordinator will have booths set up with safety related information. Refreshments will be served.
