Chabad at Union is honored to host a talk with Holocaust survivor, Irving Roth, on Tuesday, Nov.10 at 7:30 pm EST via Zoom.
The event will commemorate the 81st anniversary of Kristallnacht, the night of broken glass. This night marks the Nazi terror that began the Holocaust.
Born in Kosice, Czechoslovakia in 1929, Roth survived Auschwitz and Buchenwald. The memories of the Nazi death camps never faded, and he devotes his time and efforts to educating young and old about the horrors of the Holocaust and the evils of racism and prejudice.
The first 30 students to register will receive a free copy of his memoir, "Bondi's Brother: A Story of Love, Loss, Betrayal and Liberation."
