Salutatorian Ceillie Clark-Keane

Hometown: Whitehall, N.Y.

Majors: English and Classics.

Activities: Co-chair of Golub House, news editor of the Concordiensis, editor-in-chief of The Idol, public relations vice president of Gamma Phi Beta, tutor for the Writing Center, tutor for the AOP Program, volunteer/co-founder of U-Rebloom and a student blogger for Communications, vice president of Sigma Tau Delta, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa,  Order of Omega and Eta Sigma Phi

Favorite class: It's hard to choose just one. Among the most enjoyable classes I've had were my Homeric Greek classes with Professor Hans Mueller. He's such an amazing professor and makes class so entertaining

What I'll miss most: The campus community. I've been so incredibly inspired and supported by the people, events and ideas that make up Union, and feel so fortunate.

Advice for incoming students: Talk to your professors. Union has the most amazing faculty members. My time here would not have been as enjoyable or successful if I didn't take full advantage of my professors as invaluable resources and wonderful mentors.

Life after Union: I'll be starting my master's degree in English literature at Northeastern University in the fall.
