Volunteer of the Week: Adam Rosenthal '15



This week’s Kenney Community Center Volunteer of the Week is Adam Rosenthal ’15. 

Adam is an active member of the annual Empty Bowls fundraiser planning committee. Coordinated by student volunteers like Adam through the Kenney Community Center, Empty Bowls features dinner, entertainment and a celebration of community, benefiting Bethesda House, Schenectady City Mission and Concern for the Hungry. Over the last three years, Union students have raised more than $8,000 to help fight hunger. 

Originally from Mill Valley California, Adam is a Psychology and Philosophy interdisciplinary major. Adam started his first year at Union as a participant in the Kenney Center’s Community Experience pre-orientation. Adam is a member of Union’s Lacrosse team, as well as a regular volunteer at the Ozone Café.
