Maker culture lecture planned for Monday
Roger Whitson, assistant professor of English at Washington State University, will discuss “Maker Culture: Histories, Politics, Applications” at 6 p.m. Monday in Karp Hall 105.
Union was awarded a three-year $800,000 grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to promote the integration of the arts and humanities across academic disciplines through faculty development and a series of distinctive hands-on experiences for students and faculty. This event is made possible through that grant. To learn more about the “Our Shared Humanities” grant, click here.
