KUDOS DURING COVID:

Anyone who has come to campus for testing at the Testing Center knows how friendly and welcoming the staff is and how quickly and efficiently you move through the line. The Testing Center leadership team is Cheryl Rockwood, head trainer for Union Athletics; Stef Basile, Athletics operations; and Shawna Scoville, associate director of the Union Fund, in close consultation with Angela Stefanatos and the team at Health Services. The center, staffed by employees from around the College, including Athletics, College Relations, International Programs and the Dean of Students office, had a busy start to the term running twice weekly testing for the first four weeks. Because of them, we have been able to complete more than 19,546 tests in 2021, enabling us to catch our positive cases early and keep us on campus this term. Thank you for your time and dedication!

#AHealthyUnionStartsWithU:

Finding out you are COVID positive or are a contact of someone who is COVID positive can be difficult to hear. Jenn Jerussi, director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Matt Toy ‘21, Student Forum president, created this video to show what to expect when you find out you were a close contact of a COVID positive person and will need to quarantine.
