On-campus booster clinics being offered

Publication Date

Dear Union Community Member:

As part of the College’s ongoing commitment to keeping our community healthy, we will be offering booster shots on campus this week and next.

The boosters are free and will be offered from 1 – 4 p.m. on Jan. 6, 7, 13 and 14 at Memorial Chapel. Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available.

You can sign up for an appointment here.

We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible so we can plan appropriately. As supplies are somewhat limited, we can’t guarantee you will receive a specific brand of vaccine, although the sign-up form allows you to state a preference if you have one.

Submit your booster documentation

As a reminder, all members of the community who were required to receive the initial doses of vaccine will be required to receive the booster and provide proof by Jan. 16, or within two weeks of becoming eligible for the booster, which the CDC currently defines as six months after your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or two months after your initial Johnson & Johnson dose.

Students should email proof of their booster to Health Services at Employees should upload an image of their vaccination record through the emocha app. If you need assistance, please contact emocha at (240) 343-9222 or at

As always, thanks for your continued efforts to keep the Union community healthy.
