The Admissions Office is seeking an Assistant Dean of Admissions. The selected candidate will be responsible for a full range of recruitment activities, including: contacting prospective students, families and high schools, market development and management of a regional territory, interviewing candidates and evaluating applicant credentials. Additional assignments will include working with student volunteers.


Requirements include a bachelor's degree and familiarity with the small liberal arts college environment. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to achieve goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational ability, be safety conscious, be able to work with a diverse group of individuals, and be able to work well independently and as part of a group. Also required is a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Admissions experience is preferred.
