R4 Capital LLC, a nationwide real estate investment firm that provides high-quality low-income housing tax-credit (LIHTC) investment opportunities and proactive asset management services, seeks an energetic and dynamic individual to assist the Chief Investment Officer with various insurance and real estate analysis tasks as well as providing support to the other teams when needed. R4 Capital currently manages more than $1.2 billion in investments on behalf of 50 institutional investor clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Reviewing insurance coverages, maintaining / posting to the insurance database, deal metrics database and the firm’s network

 Corresponding and following up with Developers, Vendors and Brokers for renewal certificates

 Provide basic administrative and other related support duties as requested - processing mail / FedEx overnights, scanning and photocopying

 Monitor kitchen and office supplies, place orders as needed

 Act as liaison with building management and manage any maintenance issues

 Answer front door, greet guests and liaison with building security

 Keep conference room and kitchen area clean


 College Degree

 Comfortable working on a team or independently

 Good organizational / administrative skills

 Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 Willingness to perform tasks outside the above job description with enthusiasm

This position reports to the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. The ideal candidate will preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting or real estate and a desire to learn.
