Administrative Fellowship

The Rochester Regional Health Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-24 month, post-graduate program designed to grow and develop future healthcare leaders. The program will provide an in-depth exposure to a broad range of health system issues, one-on-one interaction with senior level executives and a rotation through all of the major functions throughout the health system. The selected fellow will be mentored by the CEO and other senior executives as assigned.

  • Current enrollment or degree in MHSA, MPH, MHA or MBA preferred; CAHME accredited program preferred
  • Consideration will also be given to student from comparable graduate degree programs with professional experience in healthcare
  • Highly motivated, self-starter individual that is interested in contributing to a large health system in the areas of population health, care innovation or healthcare informatics

Application Process:

Rochester Regional Health is a member of the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF), a collaboration of leading administrative fellowship sites and graduate health management programs, to improve the application process and fellowship experience.
The application deadline is October 2, 2017 and applications must be submitted through to be considered. The Fellowship will begin in June 2018.
