AIDS Program Manager I

The AIDS Program Manager I will lead the development and national implementation of the communities of learning conducted by the NQC, including quality improvement collaboratives and coordinate the evaluation efforts to demonstrate the impact of the Center. In addition, the Program Manager conducts marketing activities for the Center, including the oversight of all social media activities.



Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in the management of a public health, health/human services, health regulatory program or community-based services organization; OR nine years of such experience. The experience must have included policy formulation; program planning, design, implementation and/or evaluation. At least three years of experience must have included supervision of staff and/or program management. A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of quality improvement principles and applications in care settings; either social service or clinical.  Familiarity with Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and expectations for clinical quality management is desirable.  Ability to analyze and report on performance/evaluation data; at least one year of experience running quality improvement  project or projects, and coordinating multiple project activities. Candidate must write at an appropriate level  to their education including communicating with a diverse audience. Computer literate including familiarity with MS Office programs including, but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
