Associate - Business Management Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an associate opportunity on our Business Management Team located in Saratoga Springs, NY. 


  • Provide as needed support to senior leaders, preparing analyses, developing presentation materials and managing projects 
  • Interact with teams across the firm to collaboratively arrive at solutions to complex business issues 
  • Understand business processes, develop strategies for improvement and drive efficient execution 
  • Manage medium to large projects from initiation to project closure 
  • Create, analyze, validate and verify project requirements 
  • Create and manage project schedules 
  • Identify and mitigate of project risk 
  • Develop project communications 
  • Create agendas and facilitate meetings 
  • Monitor progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions 
  • Work closely with Technology on use cases, testing and decision tables 



  • Four year degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher 
  • 3-4 years of related work experience 
  • Financial Industry experience preferred 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Windows, PowerPoint and advanced skills using Excel 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Demonstrated analytic skills 
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure 
  • Excellent team interaction and problem solving skills 
  • Effective at organizing and facilitating meetings 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Self-motivated and independent 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
