The Associate Director- International Students will serve on a team focused on the delivery of international student programming and services. In collaboration with the Employer Relations team will identify and develop appropriate jobs and internships as well as other employer facing programming and workshops. Facilitate employer outreach and develop relationships with employers to increase global employment opportunities and exposure for international students at companies who hire international students, both in the U.S. and for home country employment. Develop new employer engagement programming initiatives and create and deliver seminars, networking events, class presentations, and programs to meet evolving needs of international students regarding career development topics. Advise/counsel international students undergraduate and graduate) in the areas of career development and job search.


Minimum of a Master’s degree is required with preference in career development, and/or student personnel or higher education. Five years of experience in working with international students, job development, employer relations is required. Experience with career-related advising or career counseling preferred. Demonstrated skill in teaching and program management. Creative, and innovative with the ability to work well with a high performing team. Knowledgeable in CPT and OPT and cross cultural proficiency. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational skills and experience with diverse cultures and backgrounds is important. Experience in delivering programs with technology. One evening per week required.
