Job Description:

A postdoctoral position is available starting January 2017 in the molecular genomics group of Assistant Professor Morgan Sammons at the University at Albany.  Our team leverages the power of advanced genomics and high-throughput sequencing technologies to investigate the interplay between the genome, epigenome, and transcription factors involved in tumor suppression. The ideal candidate would be highly skilled in molecular biology, cell culture, and/or genomics, as evidenced by publication in top peer reviewed journals.  Candidates with skills in computational biology or bioinformatics are highly encouraged to apply, but creativity and a willingness to learn are always welcome.
