This full-time Branch Assistant position is located in Oneonta, NY. Major responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting in managing branch operations, serving as the sales and service manager promoting bank products and services, consumer lending, assisting with employee evaluations, coordinating daily security measures, and may function as a teller or customer service representative on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications for this position include an Associate’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting preferred, training in sales and consumer bank products and a minimum of two years’ experience in banking. Skills required are excellent customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures, must be knowledgeable with computers, and have the ability to work well with others.
