Join our team in making state of the art Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) applications.  We provide many different software solutions to a "closed user community" of criminal justice employees throughout New York state and nationally.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Requirements analysis, specification writing, test plan creation/execution, user training, and user documentation of new applications/features using industry standards.
  • Working closely with developers, provide general support for all software applications.  This includes first line of remote support for users by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, requirements analysis and assisting with report/document creation.
  • Recording/editing videos of continuing legal education lectures. 




  • Degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience providing assistance/support/training on a product or service


  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. 
  • General understanding of multimedia recording and editing including graphic design
  • Self-motivated, independent, and quick learner with strong interest in new technologies
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.  Some travel is required, generally just within New York State.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system
  • Software development
