Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple sales-related teams while working in a fast-paced, high energy environment. This position requires a high level of flexibility and tolerance for changing priorities as they occur. A successful candidate will operate efficiently and productively, and have the ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team.

Provide administrative support to Business Development team
Maintain and update CRM data, including Clients and Contacts
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Coordinate Business Development activities throughout the sales cycle
Automate Business Development functions utilizing software and CRM tools
Generate custom reports
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquires
Assist with coordination of appointments and meetings
Assist with Client and Partner marketing activities

Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and principles
