Position Description:

As the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of Catalant’s thought leadership efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of content - from ideation, to production, to distribution.

You will be responsible for building an editorial calendar to support three core content tracks - always-on (articles, white papers, webinars), campaigns (reports, webinars, presentations, infographics) and analyst/sponsored content (analyst reports, podcasts, native).

We are looking for a seasoned B2B content marketer that can help us produce high-quality content that will help us develop meaningful connections with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that support company initiatives, such as: category creation efforts and product launches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (corporate marketing, product marketing and demand generation) to ensure that content aligns with core messaging and upcoming/active campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, analysts, partners and thought leaders to develop content.
  • Collaborate with and manage freelance creatives (writers, designers, developers),maintaining quality and a consistent brand voice and tone in all content that is produced.
  • Optimize all content for SEO and social media.
  • Plan, track, and report on the content lifecycle using available tools (Trello, Excel, Google Docs, Google Analytics), showcasing the value of content across the entire buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration and conversion).



Required Skills:

  • 5 - 7 years' experience in B2B Content Marketing roles, preferably in fast-moving technology organizations.
  • In depth understanding of B2B marketing and sales technologies, tools, and processes and how content plays a role.
  • Ability to actively provide strategy, insights, and ideas to fuel content production
  • Experience producing a wide variety of content including written articles, guides, presentations, webinars and research reports.
  • Excellent proofreading, content editing, and grammatical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
