Customer Service Coordinator II

What you'll be doing:

  • Receive, prioritize, dispatch, & follow up on client service requests
  • Act as an account specialist, managing & documenting calls from inception to completion
  • Anticipate client needs by providing proactive, accurate information to clients
  • Maximize DWM profits by using the best technician for each individual job
  • Understand & manage the relationship between customers, contractors & DWM
  • Manage outgoing calls for work order, technician, & invoice management
  • Market DWM to prospective vendors to expand International Vendor Network
  • Pursue outstanding invoices from technicians
  • Use advanced level of industry experience to assist other team members
  • Maintain acceptable threshold level of KPIs
  • Work 2-3 flex shifts each month (late: 12pm-8:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am to 5pm, On Call)
