Responsible for Premium Billing and Collections reporting and data analytics. Supports ongoing business activities and process improvement efforts through data collection and analysis, database development, forms and report development and metric tracking. Coordinates, designs, develops and prepares routine and ad-hoc reporting for the Premium Billing and Collections department. Analyzes data related to processes, identifying trends and patterns. Provides descriptive and statistical analytical reports in identified trends and variances. Summarizes and presents results using appropriate methods, including tabular and graphic methods. Clearly presents these analyses, concisely summarizing conclusions and recommendations. Performs Database and forms design and development in support of process improvement, quality, performance management and other Premium Billing and Collections initiatives. Elicits and documents user requirements around reporting and data analysis requests. Tracks and reports performance around departmental service level trends individual performance metrics and performance guarantees. Reports findings to Supervisors and management on a routine basis. Serves on internal committees to address process and/or service improvements. Performs other duties as assigned. 



Minimum Education:
2-4 year college degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Minimum Experience: 

3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, report development or similar field required.

Advanced MS SQL/SSRS, Access, and Excel skills.

Required Skills:

•Experience working with large relational databases in SQL / MS Access.

•Able to analyze data related to processes, identify trends and patterns and communicate findings to departments

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power View, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)

•Excellent verbal and written skills.
