As a member of our Digital Marketing Services team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing our client’s digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for onboarding real estate clients and managing the execution of their digital marketing strategies. He/she will assist in developing engaging content and managing always on digital campaigns, across paid and organic media.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include performing pre- and post-launch search engine optimization, handling all internal client onboarding and administrative set-up for digital marketing packages, and coordinating with subject matter experts and client and internal stakeholders to ensure performance goals are met. The Digital Marketing Coordinator also interacts with clients, helping to educate them on the value of digital marketing and answering questions as they arise. He/she will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to brainstorm strategy, perform market, competitive and keyword research, develop marketing briefs, troubleshoot performance concerns, and compile analytics and reporting using internal and third party tools (Digital Marketing Reporting tool, Google Analytics, etc.).

The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Primary functions and responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute SEO for assigned accounts, including, but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, campaign audit, management and analysis; complete pre- and post-launch SEO checklists and ensure client sites launch with the required components.
  • Execute tactical SEO work, including tagging/metadata (ex. meta descriptions, H1 wrappers/header tags), content development, link building, and citations.
  • On board new digital marketing clients; enter client information into internal systems, ensure accuracy of billing, update and create internal tasks and delegate client work.
  • Contact clients via written and phone communication as needed; conduct digital marketing kick-off calls and other client meetings, be able to educate clients on digital marketing best practices and answer questions as needed.
  • Develop digital marketing briefs; conduct market, competitive and keyword research as needed to inform recommendations.
  • Set-up and audit Google Analytics profile settings and tracking, including goals.
  • Analyze and report on website performance as needed; compile monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Evaluate data sets to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators and plan optimizations.
  • Present substantiated recommendations that have a direct bearing on SEO results, such as domain changes and custom page creation which would need to be implemented or approved by client.
  • Understand client and internal (USM) goals and work collaboratively to achieve and exceed results.
  • Stay abreast of new developments and industry changes in digital marketing, and translate those into actionable recommendations.
  • Create and optimize digital content, including website, social media, email and blog content; create and optimize recommended searches, website navigation and other specific features as needed.
  • Assist with creating marketing collateral and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot performance concerns or platform issues as they arise.
  • Special projects as needed.

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience.
