Position Description

Reporting to the Digital Marketing AD, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall management of our CRM/CMS platform and driving attendance to Forté Pre-MBA and Professional events. Key responsibilities include:

Digital:

 Serve as the team-wide contact for Convio, our CRM platform (website, database, email). Manage the Convio relationship, maintain good systems and procedures, provide team support as needed.

 Manage the Forté website: Update and maintain content including Forte/partner/sponsor changes; conduct regular website sweeps to find/fix old or broken content; Recommend/implement site enhancements including SEO recommendations.

 Manage database for duplications, data cleansing and reporting. Manage profile update efforts.

 Create and manage registration forms (serve as the ‘keeper’ of the incoming data); Maintain and improve integrity of data.

 Manage Social and CRM analytics: Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports for website, database, newsletters, and social media results.

 Provide reports as needed to support business development team (sponsor reports, demos, etc.).

 Serve as the point person for the Job Center web page, partners, monthly Job Alert emails and reporting.

 Support the AD on digital projects as needed (ie. Virtual Campus, B360 blog, etc.).

 Work with the VP of Marketing on implementing and growing the banner and email advertising program.

 Travel to and assist with Forté events throughout the year. Suggest and develop new solutions for integrating technology into each event experience.

Events:

 Partner with the AD of Event Marketing & Partnerships to develop a promotion plan for the Pre-MBA and Professional events including the Forte Forums, MBALaunch and Women Lead.

 Responsible for managing the event promotion schedule and communications schedule including all communications kick-off call, and cross team status meetings.

 Lead the creation and execution of the promo plan tactics; emails, videos, social, partners, advertising, etc.

 Collect all necessary information from the programs team to create/update and maintain event microsite content, including content needed for print materials (event collateral will be handled by Coordinator).

 Manage Forté’s social media strategy and tactics for all events / tactics: Manage, track performance and provide recommendations on Forte’s social media content across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube.

 Promote online events / webinars: Create and manage communications schedule; Develop email communications.

Qualifications

Desired Characteristics

 Excellent technical skills and digital marketing experience.

 Expertise in managing large sets of data, running email marketing campaigns, and directly running social media accounts.

 Strong project management skills including scoping and leading complex projects, meeting deadlines and motivating project teams.

 Attention to detail, responsiveness, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines.

 Tenacity in learning new skills, identifying solutions and resolving issues.

 Must be able to work autonomously, exercise independent decision-making, and set priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.  Demonstrates energy and passion for the Forté vision.

Required Education / Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree.

 5-10 years of work experience in a technical or digital marketing role including web and email production.

 Knowledge of Convio (advanced), Google Analytics (advanced), MS Excel (advanced), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hootsuite, WordPress, Expression Engine, and the Adobe CS Suite.

 Understanding of video production and professional video editing software.
