The Employer Relations Office Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Associate Director and collaborate with the employer relations team to cultivate new and maintain existing employer relationships. The Employer Relations Office Coordinator serves as the recruiting systems expert and is responsible for the various recruiting systems including. HireU, LACN, CMS, and other databases. This position works with highly confidential student, alumni and employer data and is responsible for data security; plays a significant role in the planning and execution of the annual career fair; functions as the office manager overseeing the use of student workers; orders and processes payments for supplies and services; reconciles P-Card transactions; and plays an important role in organizing materials to produce the Annual Report, Annual Program, Employer Directory, and other ad hoc reports.
The position requires the minimum of an Associate's degree in Arts, Business or similar field, plus 3-5 years of customer service and administrative experience, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, social media, Google, and Internet tools. Ability to accurately follow directions and work independently on projects, ability to manage and organize multiple priorities in a timely manner, and strong interest in interacting with and assisting college students in a diverse environment is highly desirable.
