Entry Level Recruiters

This position requires an uncommon balance of creativity, drive, strong interpersonal skills as well as savvy analytical

skills. You will be required to think quickly on your feet and develop lasting relationships with candidates. You must have a

proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to

prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

Responsibilities:

 Work effectively with a large volume of candidates and open requisitions

 Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for our Fortune 500 clients

 Effectively recruit IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment

 Place high-end technical professionals for all IT positions for multiple client companies

 Perform full life cycle recruiting

 Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis

 Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs with our clients

 Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

 Highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinking

 Must be skilled in MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks (searches), projects and relationships.

 Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement

 Passion and acumen for clients business.

 Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.

 Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.

 Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

 Understand what our clients will look for in the right candidate.

 Be competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed personal and established recruiting goals
