Responsibilities

This Entry Level Support Engineer will play a vital role in our Network Operations Center (NOC). The duties and responsibilities of this role will help train and prepare an individual for more advanced positions by developing relationships with Integration Partners customers and building strong teamwork skills alongside Integration Partners employees. The Entry Level Support Engineer will be responsible for providing positive frontline communication during customer support calls, assisting with technical systems alerts, and working with senior NOC engineer on escalated issues.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or Bachelor’s degree in any concentration with a passion for computer networking
  • A basic understanding of Networking is a plus
  • Server skills (Linux, VMware, others) a plus
  • Any technical certifications are a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to manage technical workload
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Eagerness to provide outstanding customer service
  • High energy and eager to learn
