Inside Sales, Centrotherm

The individual will join our Sales Team reporting to our North American Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is responsible for generating new business and managing residential and commercial quotes in a territory within the United States and Canada. Inside Sales will utilize technical skills and strong personal relationships to support existing sales channels and our Regional Sales Managers as they develop new residential and commercial customers.
Job Duties:

  • Develops and maintains lasting industry relationships with independent sales representatives, specifiers, wholesale distributors and prospects
  • Supports Regional Sales Managers in their development of relationships with key contractors
  • Develops layouts and quotes in support of commercial business
  • Develops and maintains a plan to follow up on and close quotes
  • Assists and coaches independent manufacturer’s representatives to close high quality leads
  • Manages commercial product sales KPI’s as a tool to support annual business plan goals
  • Drives product adoption through product training, technical support, and quoting
  • Reports market trends including pricing, competitor or technological changes
  • Complies with pricing guidelines or make recommendations for special pricing for supervisor's approval



  • 2 years of plumbing / HVAC industry related experience is desired but not required
  • Associates Degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, construction or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to operate in both a small business and corporate environment, including meeting corporate reporting deadlines.
  • Some travel required
