Marketing Outreach Campaign Coordinator, IFC

Attention outreach and communications specialists, in White Plains, NY! If you’re looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic company, this is your chance! We are growing and need someone who is talented, highly motivated and ready to dive into conducting business outreach and promotional campaigns for 511NY Rideshare, a program sponsored by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) designed to reduce traffic congestion in Westchester and the Hudson Valley. You’ll be working at our White Plains, NY office with a great team of outreach managers, marketing strategists and sustainable transportation experts, building relationships with employers and commuters to encourage behavior change from drive-alone commuting to carpooling, transit, walking, biking or teleworking. 

You’ll be meeting face to face with business organizations and conducting campaigns, so we’re looking for someone who is a great presenter, organizer and outreach coordinator.  You’ll be working in a fast-paced team environment and will need to be up to speed on the local Hudson Valley business market and the latest outreach and targeted marketing techniques that generate behavior change.  You must have experience using digital platforms like Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and experience coordinating the development of creative materials with design teams and marketing experts.  You’ll need to be great at customer communications, both written and verbal, managing editorial calendars, maintaining client lists and at performing operational task such as ordering collateral, processing vendor invoices, etc.  Our team is privileged to support NYSDOT’s 511NY Rideshare program in a variety of ways – which means you will never be bored and you brain will be challenged regularly.  This position is located on White Plains, NY.
