Oracle Support Intern, Frontera Consulting

The Oracle Support Intern will be responsible for Tier 1 Oracle support for Frontera clients. In this role, the intern will work with clients and the Frontera team to determine and resolve problems efficiently with a focus on customer service.

The ideal candidate will be someone with 1+ years of IT experience, a background in pc end user support, good communication skills, in the process of obtaining an associates degree in Computer Science, and have the desire to provide outstanding support.

  • Provide first level assistance to internal resources including executives
  • Will be required to document, track and monitor the issues within Jira
  • Monitor tickets within Jira and assign to appropriate team members
  • Perform research and follow-up activities
  • Create new and amend documentation as related to Oracle support activities
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have an interest in growing their career within IT, Oracle experience not required
  • Education in Computer Science (certificate, associate’s degree, degree)

  • Ability to effective and cooperatively work as a member of a team
  • Administrative skills – be organized, accurate and efficient
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete all effectively

This is a paid internship opportunity with the potential to turn into a fulltime position with Frontera Consulting.
