Project Coordinator (Provider Engagement)

The Project Coordinator, Provider Engagement works with the Associate Director of Provider Engagement, and other department members to assure the effective implementation of MVP’s value-based care and population health management goals. Supports overall operations of Provider Engagement team by orchestrating and documenting the results of internal and external meetings, creating documentation, organizing VBC program data, as well as working with Finance, Network Management, Informatics, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of department deliverables. In addition to the Project Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned in support of MVP’s broader Provider Engagement goals.

Qualifications:

-Detail-oriented worker with excellent organizational skills and able to adhere to timelines and deadlines.
-Strong computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Access, and Word).
-Team player able to actively participate in large group meetings.
-Demonstrated ability to write technical/informational materials.
-Ability to travel as needed required. Flexibility needed for evening or early morning appointments/meetings.

Minimum Education:
BA/BS in business, health care administration or related field preferred.

Minimum Experience:

Demonstrated success with project coordination required, with one or more years of project coordination experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Experience with financial information, ability to organize financial data required.

Other meaningful healthcare experience will be considered.
