Responsible for support of department programs and projects as assigned in collaboration with the director including assisting with restricted recipients, nursing home and HARP programs. For all projects, ensures projects are on time and on budget. Assists Director in all Medicaid Carve In Services. Maintains all project documentation. Assists in the preparation and dissemination of all project schedules and related documentation. Assists project leader in preparing Monthly Progress Reports. Attends project-related meetings, as assigned, maintains minutes and records any outstanding issues. Maintains the department’s project management database including entry of tasks, ticklers and updates to keep staff on track. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities when required. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Manages workflow. Follows up on all tasks and communicates issues with appropriate business units when needed. Assists with the development of new process and procedures to meet LTSS regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. 


Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Minimum Experience: 

Two years’ experience in health care insurance or managed care required
Two years’ administrative office experience required

Required Skills: 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be self-directed, confident and able to communicate with all levels of staff in the MSS Department and other business units to assist with project deliverables.
• A high level of personal integrity and the ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, both internally and externally, is a must.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
