JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees day to day operations of front-end Imaging System. Responsible for all aspects of claim and correspondence workflow including Document Preparation, Volume Scanning, Rescanning, Batch Monitoring and Reporting in the AnyDoc system in order to facilitate document turn-around time goals. Facilitates mail flow to ensure accurate delivery of all internal, incoming and outgoing mail and packages while creating a highly efficient, cost effective mail process for MVP. Implements changes in regards to document design and integrity, address quality, bar-coding and sorting in order to comply with United States Postal Service Standards. Oversees the training, use and maintenance of all automated mail and shipping equipment. Responsible for the MVP Courier route, the MVP Courier Van and all related aspects of transporting internal and external mail. Interfaces with all MVP departments, including the Regional Offices, in regards to their imaging, mailing and shipping requirements. Supervises Document Services staff while creating a team atmosphere. Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:
Two or more years of imaging system and/or mail production experience.

3-5 Years of leadership/supervisor experience in production/manufacturing environment.

Experience with digital print and mailing technology.

Prior experience in a healthcare office environment also preferred.

Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel data entry, Word mail merge and labels and Outlook.
