Castleton Commodities International, a leading Global Commodity Trading and Investment firm is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting recruiting and sourcing efforts for CCI globally.  Candidates must be highly organized & detailed, have the ability to multi-task, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an acute attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain exposure to all facets of talent acquisition supporting lateral and campus recruiting activities—in addition to being responsible for temporary & consultant hiring in the US.  The ideal candidate would have some exposure to human resources/recruiting but entry level candidates with applicable internship experience in fast-paced environment will also be considered.  This role has the opportunity to grow into managing the end to end recruitment process for certain permanent roles.

There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to various other aspects of HR, including being involved in the acquisitions of new businesses and performance management.


Coordination/Candidate Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruiting process for both lateral and campus candidates including heavy interview scheduling
  • Input job postings into applicant tracking system (icims), and various other job sites.
  • Solicit and record interviewer feedback on candidates.
  • Organize and maintain candidate applications, including creating and maintaining job files for all positions.
  • Process candidate expense reimbursements.
  • Post new hire announcements on intranet.
  • Coordinate orientation for new hires.
  • Process new hire background checks.
  • Input new hires into HRIS system (Workday) and process new hire paperwork.
  • Create monthly internal job posting report.


  • Manage the recruiting process for North American based temporary positions including managing the relationships with a variety of contingency search firms. Over time, this role will be able manage the recruitment process for a variety of permanent role as well.
  • Drive the marketing/branding of CCI positions using direct sourcing techniques and building of candidate network—specifically supporting the VP, Talent Acquisition for Infrastructure positions.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts by managing relationships with career services at various Universities, scheduling information and interview sessions, and building out annual campus timeline/process for both North America and the UK.


  • Assist with monthly recruiting metrics reporting.
  • Assist HR department with various tasks as assigned


  • Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Coordination role preferably within Financial Services. Entry level candidates with applicable internship experience or those that have applicable experience outside of recruiting/HR will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
