"We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You will be recruiting top industry talent, retaining existing hires, and everything in between.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize social media sourcing methods to find and connect with top technical talent.
Strategically identify, target and pre-screen candidates for opportunities with public and private sector clients.
Prospect, identify and build relationships with new and current candidates through phone calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
Assist in verifying the authenticity of candidate’s stated credentials
Communicate with applicants and assist in managing the candidate experience, which includes direct calls and emails, qualifying and building interest, presenting candidates to clients, following up with candidates, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback, and communicating status to candidates.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the company's applicant tracking system.
Innovate and identify new strategies to source qualified candidates.
Monitor social media for the company.
Interest and experience in social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills, significant experience utilizing Microsoft Word.
Can quickly and adeptly write and edit content.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work within a team.
Sense of humor and ability to manage stress and conflict well are essential.”
