Merit Aid

  • Eligibility limited to those students awarded merit awards prior to their enrollment at Union College

Need-Based Aid

The following documents are due in the Financial Aid Office by April 17, 2017

For families who have experienced a change in circumstances, you may submit the 2017-2018 Change in Family Circumstances Form.

Returning Canadian Students

Need-Based Aid

The following documents are due in the Financial Aid Office by April 17, 2017

  • Parents' 2015 T-1 General Income and Benefit returns or Notice of Assessment
  • Parents' 2015 T-4 forms
  • Student's 2015 T-1 General Income and Benefit returns, if applicable
  • Student's 2015 T-4 forms, if applicable
  • Quebec Residents - Parent and, if applicable, student 2015 Quebec Income Tax Returns

Returning International Students

Merit Aid

  • Eligibility limited to those students awarded merit awards prior to their enrollment at Union College

Need-Based Aid

  • Deadline: April 17, 2017
  • International students must complete the CSS profile
  • Student Employment Application must be completed in order for students to be considered for Work Study
  • 2015 foreign income documentation (translated into US dollars).  Examples of income documentation are:
    1. The country's tax return, or
    2. Signed statement from your parent's employer(s) on the company's letterhead indicating annual wages, bonuses, benefits, subsidies, or perquisites.  The statement should indicate if the income is gross income (before taxes) in which case we need to know the taxes paid.
