The Web Specialist/Developer is an active member of the Web Working Group whose responsibilities include overseeing the College’s web redesign project and advising on web policy, is the primary designer and content manager for Union’s external website (www.union.edu). The selected candidate will serve as the office’s in-house Drupal and web design expert, and play a significant role in the redesign of the Union College website and the College’s transition to the Drupal content management system. Responsibilities will include optimizing Drupal to improve the quality, presentation and functionality of online content that supports the College’s strategic internal and external communications, assisting campus clients with management of web content, working with the Associate Director to ensure optimal SEO and security of website, and working with the Director on creation and execution of web content strategy.
