Union College seeks a highly motivated individual to oversee all areas of bakery production including special orders and catering. Reporting to a Unit Manager the selected candidate will coordinate the baking schedule, expedite bakery orders/production, handle inventory/ordering, prepare menus, supervise support staff and ensure adherence to HAACP regulations.


An appropriate combination of education/experience with a two year Culinary Arts degree preferred. Must be safety conscious, able to work with a diverse group of individuals and instill these values in co-workers. This is a 10 month, full time position (Sept.-June).
