Temporary Building Maintainer


Temporary FT | Grade T | M-F, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm | 40 hrs per week |


Repairs and maintains various physical structures throughout their assigned zones and assists in Trucking and set-up assignments, when needed. Performs repairs to Plumbing, Electrical and Structural fixtures using various hand and/or power tools. Makes repairs to all types of windows, storms, screens, valances, sash cords and any other parts that coincide with them. Makes repairs to flooring. Reads electrical and gas meters. Participates in set-ups and take-downs of tables, chairs and other furnishings. Participates in office and/or general moving of furniture within or to buildings. Shovels snow.


High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of general maintenance experience in a large educational, health care, residential, etc. complex. Valid New York State Driver's License.
