Brightening the landscape with art

A large-scale figurative sculpture by Jack Howard-Potter ’97, titled “Torso II, Swinging II, Messenger of the Gods,” is on-site at Court Square Park in Long Island City, Queens, through Sept. 12. It is part of a group of public installations throughout New York City designed to brighten the landscape with thought-provoking art.
