President Elizabeth Kiss

Dr. Elizabeth Kiss (pronounced “quiche”) joined Union College as its 20th president on July 1, 2025. A strong advocate for inclusive communities and liberal arts education, Kiss was drawn to Union’s distinct integration of STEM, liberal arts and the humanities, its vibrant campus life and bold academic vision.

An experienced and innovative higher education leader, both in the U.S. and internationally, Kiss joins Union at a time of positive momentum - highlighted by recent new academic offerings, expanding academic and athletic facilities, and an improved residential experience for students.
