Library Access

Staff members have access to Schaffer Library’s rich collection of books, journals, newspapers, databases, and more. Library hours change based on whether classes are in session or not. To see up-to-date hours, visit the Schaffer Library Hours webpage. Note that access to the building is ID-card only during evening and weekend hours during fall, winter, and spring terms.

Mandeville Gallery Resources for Staff

The Mandeville Gallery is located on the second floor of the Nott Memorial and is free and open to the public 7 days a week. The gallery is dedicated to exhibiting nationally recognized contemporary artists that explore current and historical cultural themes.

The Union College Art Permanent Collection (UCPC) holds over 3,000 works of art, objects. and items of material culture, including significant cultural resources from Eastern, Ancient, and Pre-Columbian cultures, historical scientific instrumentation, and artwork from internationally recognized artists.
