For homeschooled students planning to apply to Union, please review the list of requirements below. If you have any questions please email Abbey Massoud-Tastor ’07, Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions.
- Union requires homeschooled students to fill out the Homeschooled Supplement to the common application, in addition to the Union Supplement and the general Common Application. All of these pieces can be found at www.commonapp.org.
- As part of an application to Union, homeschooled students should also provide a dossier of all high school work. The dossier should include classes taken, class location (at home, online, with a homeschool consortium, at a local community college), as well as the books used, method of evaluation and final grade earned.
- Either SAT or ACT official score report.
We also strongly encourage homeschooled students to come to campus for a personal interview. If this is not possible; students can sign up for an alumni interview in their hometown.
