You must register for your Student Health Portal using your Union College username (your Union College email account address minus the "@union.edu"). Your email account will be set up as of May 1st (please note you will not be able to complete the Health Portal process prior to this date). If you have trouble registering, please contact our Information Technology Services Help Desk at 518-388-6400 or firstname.lastname@example.org to reset your student health portal access.
Enrollment in student health insurance is automatic and will appear on your student account statement along with the Fall term bill in July. If you want to continue on your current health plan and do not wish to enroll in the student health insurance plan, you need to waive enrollment online at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. by August 7, 2015.
All international and exchange students must have health insurance through HTH Worldwide. International and exchange students will be automatically billed in September after arriving on campus. Payment can be made at the finance office in McKean House by cash, check, or wire transfer. If you have further questions, please contact the Office of International Advising.
