Facilities Services provides support to the Union College community in a number of ways:

• We are responsible for the stewardship of the campus buildings and grounds.
• We are structured in a way that provides us the flexibility to construct, maintain, and repair anything required to keep the campus up to the highest standards.
• Our staff is committed to excellence through customer service satisfaction.

Facilities Services consists of Support Services, Building Services, Grounds, Utilities Management, and Sustainability. Examples of services provided to the campus community include; repairs and improvements, heating and cooling, general maintenance and cleaning, as well as event set ups and moving, all through our online work order system.

Facilities Services and campus partners work together to ensure a positive student experience. One aspect of this is making sure students, families, and other community members have access to clear communication about campus policies and procedures.
