Akeem oversees college-wide leave administration, facilitates benefit enrollments, and processes life-event updates while ensuring effective communication with employees, campus partners, and third-party administrators, ultimately contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of Union College employees. Akeem partners with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to investigate employee incidents, conduct root-cause analyses, and collaborate on safety training initiatives.
