Regarding the social science and humanities course, we have a list of over 50 courses that qualify. A Nanotechnology co-director can help you determine whether you have already taken a qualifying course or help you identify a course that works and is of interest to you.

Regarding the physical science course, all STEM majors satisfy this requirement automatically through their required cognate courses for their major.
