On June 18, 2018 ITS switched our ticketing system from Track-It! to TeamDynamix. This is our "soft launch", which means we will still be updating the site as we receive feedback. Just click "Submit A Request" on the ITS website for more information and a link to the new system.
We ask that you first go to the new site to see if you can either find answers to your questions or submit a request for services or issues you are encountering. You will be able to login to the system using your Union College username and password.
Users will still have the ability to call the ITS Help Desk ((518) 388-6400) or email us at email@example.com in addition to using this new site.
We welcome your feedback as we will continually tweak the new site to provide information to our user community.
