School Group Visits

We welcome high school and community-based organizations to explore campus. Group visits are a great way for prospective students to experience our campus community, learn about academic opportunities, and get a true feel for life at Union.

Planning Your Visit

To ensure a high-quality experience for your students and our admissions staff, please review our visit parameters prior to submitting a request:

  • Student Audience: Group visits are designed for 11th and 12th grade students. (Due to high demand and limited staffing, we are unable to accommodate 9th and 10th grade groups.)
  • Group Size & Supervision: We accommodate groups of up to 40 total guests (including chaperones). We require at least 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students.
  • Visit Schedule: Group visits are hosted on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and feature a 30-minute Information Session at 10:30 a.m., followed by a 1-hour student-led campus tour at 11:00 a.m.
  • Seasonal Availability: To ensure visitors experience campus while classes are active, group visits are not offered when school is out of session or during final exams (mid-November through early January, March Spring Break) or during our busiest programming month (April).
